Federal Roofcare is an SBA-Approved Joint Venture between Payne Consulting, Inc and RoofCARE. It is an 8(a), SDB Certified, Service-Disabled Veteran, minority, woman-owned small business specializing in extending the life of existing roofing systems as a cost-efficient and sustainable alternative to roof replacement. We help our customers manage their roofs more effectively through maintenance, repair and renovation services. Federal Roofcare also provides roof replacement when absolutely necessary. This approach allows our customers to gain control of their roofing asset(s), reduce operating costs significantly and avoid damage caused by water infiltration.
