With the exception of extremely poor and/or failed roof conditions, we warranty all roof repairs for a period of one year, which is much longer than our competition. The normal warranty period in the industry is only 30 to 90 days.
RoofCARE Service Contracts
Our service contracts provide maintenance and leak response for a specified building or roof section. The term of coverage offered is one to five years. The contracts are renewable, contingent upon inspection. In most cases, corrective repairs are required in order for the roof to qualify for a service contract. Existing roof conditions and the nature of the corrective scope of work are factors that determine how long of a service contract can be offered.
Manufacturer Warranties
Material warranties only – manufacturer will only provide material to fix leak
Two year seam warranties – RPM and United cover roof seams and penetrations, designed to provide coverage and prep roof for renovation.
System warranties – up to 20-year full system warranties are offered for roof renovation. These warranties provide similar coverage as a new roof warranty. The requirements and details vary by manufacturer.
