Local Roofing Company Delivers Tyvek Suits and Face Masks To New Mexico Department of Homeland Security

Albuquerque, NM – March 19, 2020 – RoofCARE, New Mexico’s premier sustainable roofing company has donated 75 Tyvek suits and 250 N95 face masks to the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security. The suits and masks will be distributed throughout the state to EMS and Fire departments, First Responders along with the NM State police department.

“We heard that first responders are feeling the impact of COVID-19 supply shortage and we wanted to help,” said Kevin Wilson, RoofCARE Health and Safety Officer. “We checked all four of our New Mexico branch locations and found that we had a supply of Tyvek suits and face masks that we knew would help our first responders in New Mexico.

This is not the first time RoofCARE has stepped up to serve its community. RoofCARE has a philanthropy program called Roof Angel implemented where RoofCARE donates roof repairs to non-profits in need.

“New Mexico is where RoofCARE started and if there is a way we can help our community we are honored to offer our support and resources,” said Louis Zaina, CEO of RoofCARE.
