You can’t manage what you don’t know. Our RoofCARE experts can locate leaks and defects, determine what services, if any, are needed and provide a roofing inspection. This step is key to producing accurate estimates / quotes for your home or commercial property. RoofCARE offers a FREE Basic Assessment of your roof, or for a small price, can conduct a thorough, comprehensive TrueRoof Survey.

Leak-Free Warranty

Never stress about roof leaks again! With a RoofCARE Leak-Free Warranty, in addition to annual / semi-annual inspections and preventative maintenance, we’ll repair leaks at no additional cost. Leak-Free Warranties are available in 1-5 year terms. Note: Roofs may require corrective repairs to qualify.

Manufacturer Warranties

RoofCARE is a certified installer for several product and material manufacturers. We can provide Roof System Warranties (labor and material, NDL) through these manufacturers, up to 30 years for replacements and up to 25 years for renovations. Certain manufacturers also provide Material Warranties up to 50 years.
