After investigating the roof RoofCARE’s decided the roof will require a complete re roof. We recommend a TPO system as it is the least expensive route. This TPO system could be renovated in about 20 years with a fluid applied system and will cut down cost. RoofCARE recommend rebuilding two drains and overflows as they were showing signs of severe leaking and interior damage.
